摘要
教师的职业成长是外在价值引导下的自主完善的过程,单靠在职培训、业务进修,没有教师主体的自我实践反思意识的觉醒和反思能力的增强,提高自身素质的目的难以达到。教师的教学能力是在具体的实践操作中提高的,只能靠教师对自我实践的反思,靠教师的内化。作为教学一线的教师在现实条件下应该从课堂教学中、从自己的经历中、从学生的反应中、从与同事的合作交流中、从反思日记的写作中,时时留心、处处反思,从而快速成长为一名高素质的教师。
Teachers' professional growth is a process of self-perfection under the guidance of external values. Depending only on the on-the-job training and profession retraining without the subject's awakening of self reflection consciousness and the improvement of their inflection ability, it will be difficult to achieve the goal of improving their qualities. It is illustrated in this article that teachers' teaching abilities are promoted in specific practical operation, which can only depend on teachers' .self reflection and their internalization. Under the present condition, teachers on the front line should be careful and reflect all the time from their classroom teaching, their own experiences, their students' reaction, their cooperation and communication with their colleagues, and from the writing of their reflection diaries to fast grow into high-qualified teachers.
