提高大学生思想道德教育的有效性需要大力提倡倾听教育。教育过程中的倾听,是实现师生之间有效沟通的重要途径,是实施有效教育的基础和前提。只有在学会倾听后,才能找到引导学生发展的内在因素,因材施教,达到教育的最终目标。

Listening attentively should be advocated vigorously in order to raise the effectiveness of college students＇ ideological and moral education. Listening attentively in the process of education is an important way to realize an effective communication between teachers and students and is the foundation and the prerequisite of implementing effective education. It is only when we learn how to listen attentively that we will find the internal factors that will guide the students in their development so that we will teach accordingly and will achieve the final objectives in education.
