Brief Discussion on the Construction of Professional Counselor Team in the Independent Colleges In New Era

独立学院作为普通高校新生事物,近年来发展迅速,但也存在一些问题,尤其在学生管理方面,生源的扩大和学生的差异性给辅导员队伍带来严峻的挑战。文章针对独立学院辅导员队伍存在的问题,结合工作实践,提出几点建议,为促进独立学院辅导员队伍职业化发展起抛砖引玉的作用。

As a newly emerging thing in the universities, the independent colleges have developed rapidly in recent years. However, the booming enrollments and the diversity of students pose great challenge for college counselors. This paper, based on the real working experiences, aims at exploring the existing problems and puts forward some suggestions for promoting the development of the professional counselor team in the independent colleges.
