The Integration of Quality Culture in Supply Chain Management

供应链管理是一个包含多重文化的系统整体,如果处理不当,各节点企业的文化便会造成冲突和抵触,从而影响供应链管理的效果。文章从供应链管理与企业质量文化的内涵入手,分析了在供应链环境下企业质量文化的特征,在此基础上提出在供应链管理中如何发挥企业质量文化的融合作用,从而有效地提高供应链管理的效率。

Supply chain management is a multi-cultural systematic integrity. If it is not to be handled properly, the culture of node enterprises will conflict and contradict with each other and influence the effect of supply chain management. Beginning with the intension of supply chain management and enterprise quality culture, this paper analyzes the characteristics of enterprise culture under the supply chain environment, and discusses how to develop the integration of enterprise quality culture under the supply chain environment on the base of the analysis, thus enhancing the efficiency of the supply chain management effectively.
