摘要
音乐教育首先是人的教育。教师必须根据音乐教学的特点和学生在音乐活动中的心理状态,建立融洽的师生关系,让学生在理解、选择、欣赏、感悟音乐中渗透心理健康教育,从丰富的音乐实践活动中挖掘心理健康教育因素,培养学生抗挫能力,形成健康心理品质。
Music education is first and foremost the education of people. According to the characteristics of music teaching and the student' s mentality in music activities, the teacher must establish teacher - student rapport and permeate psychological health education in their understanding, choosing, and appreciating music. At the same time, the teacher must excavate psychological health education factors from the abundant musical activities and develop the student's ability to resist frustration, thus forming wholesome psychological quality.
