血管平滑肌细胞中c-Src介导的信号转导研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 心血管平滑肌细胞的生长、收缩、迁移、脂质氧化,纤维化和细胞骨架的重排都跟心血管疾病(比如高血压)的发生发展密切相关。C-Src蛋白作为非受体酪氨酸激酶,在血管平滑肌细胞信号转导中起到了重要作用。本文主要就C-Src蛋白作为Na+/K+-ATP酶,血管紧张素Ⅰ型受体(AT1R)和五羟色胺2A型受体(5-HT2AR)的初始效应子,如何进行信号转导进行相关论述。
