摘要
基于AHP方法和员工能力,对核心竞争力进行识别和评估。在理论分析的基础上,以柳州某一多元化经营的公司L公司作为实证研究的对象,验证了核心竞争力的评估过程,对企业评价核心竞争力具有一定的指导意义。
Based on AHP and employees'competencies, This paper identifies and evaluates organizational core competence. With the support of theory analysis ,we choose a Company L in Liuzhou as our object for empirical research ,test and verify the evaluation process of core competence. Hopefully this method and structure will be a guide to evaluating enterprisesbore competence.
