摘要
房地产企业在对企业进行流程重组的同时,更要强调企业文化与流程的对接。中小型房地产企业应加强优化流程为平台的企业文化重塑,重塑后的企业文化将会有利于房地产企业的业务流程重组科学进行,促进房地产行业的健康发展。
The real estate enterprises should combine the process reengineering with enterprises culture. Middle and small real estate enterprise must strengthen enterprises culture reconstruction , the culture reconstruction of middle and small real estate enterprises will premote enterprises development and beneficial to business process reengineering.
