摘要 伴随着中国社会的城市化,留守儿童作为一个新生的社会问题开始凸现,并引起了社会各界的广泛关注。许多留守儿童与父母长期分开生活后,因为和父母情感沟通不方便,其情感需求无法得到满足,严重的甚或导致亲子关系缺失,进而形成不良性格,产生留守问题。针对此状况,教师应该用爱弥补留守儿童亲情缺失,重视学生的心理咨询与辅导,充分发挥集体的力量,铺设沟通亲情的桥梁,以建立良好的学校、家长沟通机制,使留守儿童在“学校、家庭、社会”的立体教育体系中得到健康的发展。 Along with the urbanization of Chinese society, left-behind children, as a new social problem, begin to become conspicuous, which has caused widespread concern in all sectors of society. Many left-behind children and their parents live apart for a long time, so it is inconvenient for children to communicate with their parents. And their emotional needs can not be met, which even leads to a serious lack of parent-child relationship. Thus bad character will be formed, resulting in some problems. In view of this, teachers should love students to make up for missing affection of left-behind children. At the same time, teachers should pay more attention to children's psychological counseling and guidance to bridge communication. A good school-parent communication mechanism can be established, so that left-behind children have a healthy development in the three-dimensional education system of school-family-society.
