摘要
通过检测分析河南省2008年收获小麦的质量和品质指标,结果表明:小麦的综合质量等级达到硬麦一级标准,整体品质状况较好,安阳和新乡地区小麦品质相对较好,济源、三门峡、信阳等地区的小麦品质相对较差.二级以上小麦比例为91.2%,其中一级小麦比例为55.4%;二级以上白硬麦比例为64.1%,其中一级白硬麦比例为39.5%,二级以上白软麦的比例为1.1%.西农979是目前在河南省品质较好的品种,优质性状表现较佳,尤其是在豫北的新乡和安阳地区,以及豫南的驻马店地区,值得进一步大面积推广.全省种植的主要优质小麦品种达到优质强筋小麦标准二等以上的比例为9.2%,一级为0.9%.个别优质小麦品种退化现象较为严重,而且同一品种在不同地区有较大的品质差异.
The quality and quality index of wheat harvested in Henan province in 2008 were analyzed. The results show that the comprehensive quality grade of the wheat meets the standard of first-grade hard wheat ; the wheat quality in Anyang and Xinxiang areas is relativley high, and the wheat quality in Jiyuan, Sanmenxia and Xinyang areas is relatively low. The wheat of the second grade and above accounts for 91.2% , wherein the first-grade wheat is 55.4%. The white hard wheat of the second grade and above accounts for 64.1% , wherein the first-grade white hard wheat is 39.5% , and the white soft wheat accounts for 1.1%. Xinong 979 is better wheat variety with excellent high-quality traits in Henan province, and is worthy of being planted in Xin- yang, Anyang and Zhumadian in Henan province. 9.2% high-quality wheat variety in Henan province meets the standard of second-grade high-quality strong gluten wheat, and 0.9% meets the standard of first-grade high-quality strong gluten wheat. Several varieties have severe retrogression, and the same variety shows large quality difference in different areas.
