压缩雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期疗效观察

To observe the therapeutic efficacy of compressed-nebulized of salbutamol and ipratropine on acute episode chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的探索压缩雾化吸入复方异丙托溴胺(异丙托溴胺、沙丁胺醇)对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的疗效。方法患者98例随机分为两组,对照组49例采用常规治疗,治疗组49例在常规治疗基础上加用雾化治疗,观察两组解除主要症状和体征的时间和住院时间。结果治疗组住院时间和喘憋、肺部喘鸣音的持续时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论压缩雾化吸入复方异丙托溴胺治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期疗效确切,方法简便,副作用小,值得推广。

Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy of compressed - nebulized of salbutamol and ipratropine on acute episode chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （AECOPD）. Methods Ninty - eight case of AECOPD were divided randomly into 2 groups：control group（ n = 49）treat with tration therapy and treatment group（ n = 49）treat with salbutamol and ipratropine besides tration therapy, then determine disappear time of symptoms and signs and average period of treatment. Results Average period of treatmentand of disappearing of symptoms in treatment group were obviously shorter than in control one （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions Compressed - nebulized - inhalation of salbutamol and ipratropine is really effcacions for treatment of AECOPD, with less side - effect and easy operation, and is worth clinical application.
