咸宁学院健美操运动员选材情况的研究与分析

当今竞技健美操运动已逐步发展成为以竞赛为目的、深受人们喜爱的一项竞技体育运动,而运动选材工作作为取得好成绩的基本保障,也越来越被人们重视.本文以咸宁学院健美操运动训练队队员为研究对象,对其选材步骤、选材原则、选材具体条件等方面做了较为详细的调查和研究.发现在运动员的科学化选材以及训练体系方面还存在着很大不足,制约了咸宁学院健美操运动的进一步发展.结合近几年训练队所获得的成绩,总结归纳出其选材工作的可行性方案,以期为咸宁学院健美操训练队运动员的选材和训练提供参考依据.

Sports Aerobics exercise today has gradually developed into a contest for the purpose of a very popular competitive sport, and the job selection exercise score as well get the basic protection, but also by more and more attention.
