软交换技术在陕西电力系统应用模式的研究

Application Mode of NGN Soft Switching Technology in Shaanxi Electric Power System

随着电力系统通信的发展,电力系统行政电话交换网所覆盖的范围越来越大,在传统设备建设网络下需要更多的汇接局。一个汇接局除了有汇接组网的需求,还有放号的需求。传统电路程控交换在以上的应用环境中,常常显得力不从心。由于NGN软交换技术利用了IP数据网络作为承载网,可以灵活、快捷地解决以上电力交换网所碰到的问题。从陕西省电力公司实际需求出发,采用NGN软交换和电路交换对比的方法,从行政交换业务、异地容灾备份、远程放号、统一维护等方面讨论了NGN在电力行业中的应用模式和NGN软交换技术的优势。

With the development of telecommunications for electric power system,the coverage of switching network of administrative telephone services has been extending and more tandem exchanges are needed.Besides the requirement of networking,tandem exchange also needs number allocation.The condition above seems too much for traditional circuit program-controlled switches. Therefore,with the agility and efficiency solution to these problems,NGN soft switching technology with IP data network will be the bearer network layer.In this paper,the application mode of NGN soft switch technology and its advantage in Shaanxi Electric Power System are discussed from the aspects of allopatric disaster tolerance,distant number allocation and unification maintenance.
