摘要
在EMS/WAMS系统提供的电力业务中,最重要最核心的是调度信息的实时读取与监控。在陕西电力应急指挥系统中接入调度信息的解决方案是基于本次应急指挥建设项目衍生而成的。重点介绍了本次调度信息接入的解决方案与实施措施。同时,针对在本次应急中心接入调度信息的建设中发现的一些问题,提出了相应的建议和管理措施。
Dispatching information real time access and monitoring is the most important for the power business in EMS/WAMS.The solution which accesses to dispatching information for Shaanxi electric power emergency command system is based on the emergency command construction project.This paper focus on the solution and implementing measures of the dispatching information access, meanwhile,provides relevant suggestions and management measures.
