摘要
分析了建设中国特色的智能电网背景下电力营销工作以及配网管理的发展趋势,在此基础上建立了智能化的电力营销业务与配网管理的理论体系。基于提出的体系,进一步构建与之对应的电力营销技术支持系统,具体包括智能化市场管理、智能化多元服务、智能化配网可靠性管理以及智能计量管理4个模块,并对各模块的功能和特性进行了界定。
Under the circumstances of China's smart grid construction.this paper makes analysis on the development tendency of electricity marketing and distributed network management.Then some new concepts and a framework associated with smart marketing and distributed network management are suggested,based on which a conceptual technology support system is outlined.Specific functional modes of the system are set forth,including smart sales management,multi-service,reliability control of the distributed network and smart metering.
