摘要 某变电站110 kV双管型母线布置方式下,在剪刀式隔离刀闸操作过程中动静触头没有完全接触紧密导致发生电弧。分析认为在倒母线的操作过程中,由于隔离开关支块和转轴之间生锈导致滑动摩擦增大改变操作行程,隔离开关不能实现电动操作失去电动力的冲击致使动静触头不能完全接触而放弧。提出了隔离开关机械传动部分和电动控制回路改造的相关建议和方案,经现场实施后,动静触头接触严密,没有发生过触头放弧现象。 The arc phenomenon happened in a 110 kV substation with double-barreled type busbar layout mode,since dynamic and static contact is not fully close in scissors-type isolation switch operation.The analysis shows that in the process of bus switching, isolating switch electric operation can not be realized and the impact of electric power is lost,which made dynamic and static contact may not be in full contact to arc,due to changes in operations increased travel caused by the sliding friction increase of isolation switch supported block against the shaft.Relevant recommendations and programs of transformation for isolation switch mechanical transmission parts and electric control loop are proposed.Through the scene of implementation,the dynamic and static contact with close contact,there has not been contact arc discharge phenomena.
