摘要
针对中电国华神木发电有限公司国产100 MW汽轮机存在的热耗高、煤耗大等问题,采用全四维精确设计技术进行了现代化改造。改造后机组性能得到大幅度提升,其热耗由9 425.1 kJ/(kW·h)降低至8 794.39 kJ/(kW·h),额定出力增加至110 MW,达到了增容降耗和提高安全可靠性的目的。
For the high heat consumption and coal consumption of Chinese-made 100 MW steam turbine in Zhongdian Guohua Shenmu Power Generation Co.Ltd.,the whole four-dimensional precise design techniques are used to solve the problem.After transformation,unit performance has been greatly enhanced and its heat consumption is reduced from 9425.1 kJ /(kW·h) to within 8794.39 kJ/(kW·h),the rated output increased to 110 MW.Therefore,this modernization achieves the goal of compatibilization &consumption reduction and improving safety & reliability.
