摘要
深入研究了目前电力企业政工干部培训方面的一些尝试和探索,并在此基础上分析了目前电力企业政工干部培训工作中遇到的难点和问题。针对难点和问题,以科学发展观为指导思想研究给出了一套切实可行的政工干部培训措施,以促进电力企业政工干部培训工作的顺利开展。
Firstly some trial and research on the political cadres training in electric power enterprises is deeply studied,and based on this,the problems encountered in the political cadres training are generally analyzed.To these problems,a set of practical measures for political cadres training are studied and given to promote the political cadres training in the in electric power enterprises according to scientific concept of development.
