青海省副猪嗜血杆菌病的血清学调查

Serology Survey on Haemphilus Parasuis in Qinghai Province

采用间接血凝(IHA)试验,对来自青海省3个规模化猪场的209份血清,进行了副猪嗜血杆菌病的血清抗体检查。结果表明,检出51份阳性血清,阳性率为24.40%,表明青海省部分猪场中存在副猪嗜血杆菌的感染。

209 serum samples of Swine were collected from three porcine breeding farm in Qinghai province to detect the antiboby with indirect hemagglutination assay（IHA）.The results showed 119 samples were positive and the positive rate was 56.94%,suggesting that there were infections by Haemphilus parasuis in porcine breeding farm of Qinghai province.
