摘要
当前,学生评教已成为社会各界及高等学校实践和理论研究的热点课题,学生评教的有效性更是成为各高等学校追求的现实目标。笔者先从信度与效度两个维度,对什么是学生评教的有效性进行阐述。然后,从学生评教目的、过程、结果处理的有效性三大维度,对学生评教的有效性进行深入的学理分析。
At present, teaching evaluation has become a hot topic of people from all circles of life and institutions of higher learning in practice and theoretical research. The effectiveness of teaching evaluation is a realistic goal pursued by various institutions of higher learning. This paper tries to discuss the effectiveness of teaching evaluation from two dimensions of reliability and validity and furthermore conduct an in-depth theoretical analysis of the validity of teaching evaluation from three dimensions of purpose, process and the treatment of the results.
