基于多级层次结构的潜艇作战效能水下环境影响评估 被引量:6

摘要 为了评估水下环境对潜艇作战效能的影响,针对水下环境特征和潜艇作战效能属性,采用层次分析法构建潜艇综合效能评估模型的层次结构;用灰色关联方法进行潜艇的一级评估,得出航行安全、战术隐蔽和鱼雷攻击等3项效能指数;在一级评估基础上,采用模糊向量方法实行潜艇的二级评估,得出潜艇的综合作战效能指标。通过模型仿真实验,得到影响评估的量化结果。该结果基本反映了水下环境对潜艇作战的影响程度。 To evaluate the influence of underwater environment on submarine tactical efficiency,aiming at the underwater environment characteristics and submarine tactical specialities, the analytic hierarchy process was introduced to construct the synthetical evaluation model hierarchy of submarine efficiency. The gray-relevancy technique was used for the first-grade evaluation, and the corresponding efficiency indexes of navigation safety, tactical concealment and torpedo attack were acquired. Based on the first-grade estimation results using fuzzy-vector method, the second-grade evaluation of underwater environment influencing submarine general efficiency was carried out, and the integrative submarine tactical efficiency index was obtained. The numerical results from the model simulation can basically describe the influences of underwater enviromental factors on the submarine tactical efficiency.
