摘要 为了解决工程机械现场诊断、维修困难等问题,提高其现场抢修与维护能力,基于网络有线、无线传输协议,结合虚拟仪器技术等建构了工程机械的远程诊断维修体系,开发出基于该诊断维修体系的工程机械远程诊断维修系统。其功能模型由数据采集终端、维修工程车组、修理厂、制造厂等组成。系统的实现由4个模块组成,包括远程故障诊断模块,可视化模块,信息咨询模块,数据维护模块。结果表明该远程诊断维修系统可进行工程机械远程状态监测,为维修分队提供了故障诊断、技术查询、可视化维修等技术支持,有力提高了施工现场工程机械设备的快速抢修与维护能力。 To solve the difficulty in diagnosing and maintaining the engineering machine in working spots and enhance the rush repair and maintenance abilities, the architecture of the engineering machine remote diagnosis and maintenance system (EMRDMS) was built using lineate and wireless transmitting protocol of network technique together with virtual instrument technology and so on. Based on this architecture, the EMRDMS was developed whose function module consisted of data acquisition and maintenance terminal, a team of maintenance engineering vehicle, maintenance factory, manufacturing factory and so on. The realization of the EMRDMS comprised four modules: remote fault diagnosis module, visible module, info-query module and data maintenance module. The results show that the EMRDMS can remotely detect the working condition of engineering machines, and provide maintenance measures for the service team such as fault diagnosis, technique query and video maintenance, and that it can effectively enhance the rush repair and maintenance abilities of the engineering machine in working spots.
