摘要
在用PRO/E画双面打卡机的过程中,提出了草绘的两种应用方法:第一,在基准零件上草绘,把草绘中的线段复制到相应的零件窗口中得到零件实体,再"反"回装配;第二,在草绘中对尺寸进行约束、锁定,动态仿真实体运动的过程,通过这两种草绘方法就可以方便的确定零件尺寸和对零件进行准确的定位,不用反复修改零件,不仅节省了设计时间,而且大大增强了设计的可靠性.
Sketch of two applications drawn with the PRO/E by the double-cliping machine was summarized.First,the parts were sketched on the benchmark part.Segments of the Sketch are copied to the corresponding window of the parts,and then assembled backwards.Second,the part's movement was simulated from locking the dimension in the sketch.The part's dimension and orientation can be confirmed with two methods.The parts weren't amended repeatedly,so it not only saved time but also greatly enhanced the reliability of the design.
