摘要
针对十字轴的结构特点,应用DEFORM软件对不同成形方案金属流动情况进行数字模拟,确定了最优的工艺方案.并通过物理模拟实验证明了工艺的可行性.模拟结果能够用来指导工艺实践,从而缩短产品开发周期,提高产品质量.
Aiming at the structural characteristics of cross axle shaft,with utilization of DEFORM software,the numerical simulation on the metal flow of different forming processes was carried out,and the optimal technological process was proposed consequently.The feasibility of this technology was proved through physical simulative experiments.The simulation result can be used to instruct the technology practice,so the period of the new product is reduced and the cross axle shaft's quality is enhanced.
