摘要
以混合聚醚多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯为主要原料,环氧树脂、羟基丙烯酸树脂为改性剂合成了湿固化聚氨酯涂饰剂。讨论了几种因素对涂膜性能的影响。结果表明,当聚醚N210和聚醚N204按n(N210)/n(N204)=1:7,交联改性阶段的反应温度为70~75℃,n(NCO)/n(OH)=1.25,三羟甲基丙烷为交联剂时得到的聚氨酯涂饰剂具有较好的力学性能、耐水及耐溶剂性能;并且以二甲苯、环己酮、乙酸乙酯为混合溶剂可以实现涂膜快干的目的,皮革具有较好的外观。
The moisture cured polyurethane was synthesized with mixing polyether diol, toluene diisocyanate (TDI) as main raw materials, epoxy resin and hydroxy acrylic resin as modifiers. The effects of these factors on the performance of moisture cured polyurethane were discussed. The results showed that the mechanical performance, water tolerance and solvent resistance of polyurethane leather coating agent was optimum when polyether diol (N210): polyether diol (N204)=1:7, reaction temperature at the cross-linked modification stage was 70~75 ℃, n(—NCO):n(—OH) =1.25, and TMP as crosslinker agent. Also, quick dry of the film of polyurethane and better appearance of leather could be achieved by using xylene, cyclohexanone and ethyl acetate as the mixing solvents.
