Studies on the Preparation and Application of Silicone Oil

概述了线型硅油的水解缩聚和平衡聚合制备工艺以及聚醚改性硅油、氨基改性硅油和环氧改性硅油的制备工艺进展,同时介绍了线型硅油和改性硅油在应用领域中的最近进展。国内硅油消费量远大于产量,发展空间巨大;国产含氢硅油产品以低端为主,故应形成规模化生产,增强竞争力,增加技术投入,提高产品质量,增加品种,逐步地占领高端产品市场。

The progress in the preparation technique of liner silicone oil using hydrolysis-condensation reaction and equilibrium polymerization reaction were introduced, and the new preparation technique of modified silicone oil such as polyester modified polysiloxane, amino groups modified polysiloxane and epoxy groups modified polysiloxane were summarized in this paper. The most recent application of liner silicone oil and modified silicone oil were also introduced. The consumption of silicone oil greatly exceeds the production in domestic China and therefore the silicone oil has great development space. Hydrosilicone oil made in China is mainly low end product, so we should form mass production of the product, enhance the competitiveness, increase technological investment, improve product quality, and increase product variety, thus to gradually take the high end market.
