摘要
采用超声强化Fenton(Fe2++H2O2)试剂,耦合氧化深度处理山梨酸废水。考察了各因素对COD去除率的影响。结果表明,在超声频率40kHz、功率为400W,反应时间为40min、温度为60℃,pH为3.0,H2O2和Fe2+的浓度分别为0.22和0.04mol/L时,COD去除率达到95%以上。与单独使用Fenton试剂法相比,该方法反应时间短、反应温度低、试剂投加量小、COD去除率高。
The ultrasonic wave-Fenton (Fe2++H2O2) reagent was used to treat sorbic acid wastewater by coupling oxidation. Effects of ultrasonic frequency, ultrasonic power, reaction time, temperature, pH value, the weight of catalyst Fe and hydrogen peroxide, on COD removal efficiency were experimentally studied. The result shows that when ultrasonic frequency was 40 kHz, ultrasonic power was 400 W, reaction time was 40 min, reaction temperature was 60 ℃, pH Value was 3.0, concentrations of H2O2 and Fe2+ were 0.22 mol/L and 0.04 mol/L respectively, the removal ratio of COD was up to 95 %. Comparing with the solely use of Fenton reagent, this method was advantageous at its shorter reaction time, lower reaction temperature, less charging amount of reagent and higher COD removal ratio.
