聚丙烯纤维、钢纤维混凝土材料性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 素混凝土材料具有抗拉强度低、易开裂以及脆性大的缺点,在混凝土中加入聚丙烯纤维和钢纤维可改善其抗压抗折等力学性能和耐久性能。对钢纤维矿渣混凝土和聚丙烯纤维矿渣混凝土进行室内试验测试力学性能和耐久性能。实验表明聚丙烯纤维的掺量为1%时其力学性能最优,钢纤维掺量为1.75%时的混凝土力学性能最优,聚丙烯纤维可以有效的改善混凝土耐久性指标。证明了掺合料高性能路面混凝土具有优良的力学性能和耐久性能,具有广阔的应用前景。 The plain concrete has the characteristics of low tensile strength, tendency to crack and higher brittleness. The properties such as durability and mechanical perfomance which refers to the compressive strenguh and the folding strength of concrete can be improved by adding polypropylene fiber and steel fiber in it. Indoor tests were made to study the mechanical performance and durability of the slag concrete which add in polypropylene fiber and steel fiber. The results show that: when the volume fraction of the polypropylene fibei is 0.1 percent, its mechanical performance is best; when the volume fraction of the steel slag is 1.75 percent, the mechabical performance of the concrete is best; the polypropylene fiber can effectively improve the durability of concrete. It is proved that the high performance pavement concrete has excellent mechanical performance and durable performance and bright application prospect and developing foreground.
