经皮穿刺骨水泥椎体强化术治疗椎体压缩性骨折(附33例报告) 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察经皮穿刺骨水泥椎体强化术治疗椎体压缩性骨折的疗效。方法采用经皮穿刺骨水泥椎体强化术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折27例、椎体肿瘤致病理性骨折6例。结果术中单个椎体平均注射骨水泥5.2 ml。术后患者背部疼痛均明显缓解或消失,VAS评分较术前明显降低(P<0.05)。术后平均12.7个月,X线及CT检查椎体强化良好,椎体前壁高度平均恢复>25%,椎体中间高度平均恢复>15%,无椎体高度丢失者。结论经皮穿刺骨水泥椎体强化术治疗椎体压缩性骨折效果确切、手术创伤小、并发症少。
