ApoB-PCR方法进行混合斑个人认别的研究

A study of identification of the mixed stain by ApoB-PCR

目的探索一种可靠、稳定、适用于混合斑个人识别的方法。方法采用PCR方法对20例已知混合斑及2例强奸案中的混合斑进行ApoB位点扩增片段进行研究。结果与已知男性毛囊或血痕DNA的ApoB位点扩增结果完全一致。结论该方法可靠、稳定，完全能够应用于混合斑个人认别的检验。

To explore a credible and steady method for identification of mixed stain. MethodsAmplified gene fragements of ApoB locus of mixed stain,which comes from 20 cases in the light and 2 cases inthe rape, was studied with PCR. Results The study demonstrated that our results was absolutely constent withthat of study of ApoB locus of known follicles and blood stain. Conclusions ApoB-PCR is a credible andsteady method which is entirely suitable for identilication of mixed stain.
