Analysis on Administration of Western Rural Grass-roots Health Centers

目的:通过对农村基层卫生院工作的探索与实践,使农村基层卫生院的管理工作上一个新台阶。方法:主要从以下几点入手:1)、制定和完善各项工作制度并且严格按照此制度执行;2)、加强职工思想教育,提高法制观念,转变思想,提高风险意识;3)、加强医院内部管理和职工业务学习,促进其工作能力的提高;4)、加强医院财务管理,严格审核农村医保工作;5)、尽力改善医院基础设施,改善环境,提高服务质量,营造和谐就诊氛围。结论:做好农村基层卫生管理工作是实施医疗体制改革的重要一步,符合中共中央国务院关于深化医药卫生体制改革的要求。

Objective： To make rural grass-roots health centers management reach a new level throuth the exploration and practice on it. Method： The main points are as follows： 1. to formulate and perfect each system and strictly carry out it; 2. to strengthen workers＇ ideological education, improve legal sense, change the thought and enhance risk consciousness;3, to enhance hospital internal management and workers＇study so as to improve their working ability; 4. to strenthen financial management of hospital and strictly audit the medical insurance of rural; 5. make efforts to raise installations and facilities in hospital, improve environment, enhance service quality, and create homonymous atmosphere for visiting. Conclusion： The administration of western rural grass-roots health centers is an important step for the implementation of medical system reform, which coincidence with the requirement of the state council.
