摘要
用紫外-可见吸收光谱、荧光光谱、粘度法和循环伏安法等方法研究了铜(Ⅱ)配合物[Cu(phen)(BIP)](ClO4)2(phen=1,10-邻菲咯啉;BIP=2-(3,′4′-亚甲二氧基苯基咪唑并[4,5-f]-1,10-邻菲咯啉)]与小牛胸腺DNA(CT-DNA)的相互作用.结果表明:配合物与DNA的作用模式为插入方式,与DNA的键合常数为1.06×105L.mol-1.
The DNA-binding properties of the complex [Cu (phen)(BIP)] (ClO4)2 (phen = 1, 10- phenanthroline; BIP =2- (2, 3-mehtylene-dioxyphenyl) imidazo [4, 5- f ] 1, 10-phenanthroline) to calf-thymus DNA (CT-DNA) were investigated by different spetrophotometric methods and viscosity measurements, as well as CV (Cyclic voltammetry) . The experimental resutts show that the mode of binding of the complex to DNA is intercalation action. And the intrinsic binding constant Kb, is 1.06×10^5L·mol^-1.
