2,2,2-三苯基乙基氯和镁反应生成2,2,2-三苯基乙基氯化镁,然后再与甲基丙烯酰氯偶合,合成了未见文献报道的化合物2-甲基-5,5,5-三苯基-1-戊烯-3-酮.探讨了影响反应的各种因素,并找到了较好的合成条件.

2-methyl-5, 5, 5 -triphenyl-1-pentylen-3-one was synthesized by the reaction of methylacryloyl chloride with 2, 2, 2-triphenylethylmagnesium chloride, which was derived from 1-chloro-2, 2, 2-triphenylethane. The factors effecting the reaction were discussed and the optimum reaction conditions were obtained.
