摘要
在水中制备了β-环糊精/聚乳酸接枝共聚物(β-CD-g-PLA)胶束,以芘为探针,采用稳态荧光法研究了胶束的形成及临界胶束浓度(CMC)),利用动态光散射(DLS)和透射电镜(TEM)研究了胶束的粒径分布和形态.结果表明,在一定条件下接枝共聚物在水中能够形成球形的稳定胶束,CMC值和胶束粒径随着共聚物中疏水性聚乳酸(PLA)链段含量的增加而减小.
β--Cyclodextrin/poly (lactide) (β-CD-g-PLA) graft copolymer micelles were prepared in water. The fluorescence technique was used to determine the critical rnicelle concentrations ( CMC) of copol- ymer micelles. The diameter and distribution of micelles were characterized by dynamic light scattering (DLS) and its shape was observed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) . The results showed that the round nano-micells were formed steadily by these copolymers in water. The CMC of copolymer solution and the size of micell were reduced with the increasing of the proportion of hydrophobic parts.
