摘要
盾构刀盘是盾构施工中实现掘进、渣土过流、界面支护的关键部件,不同的地质条件对盾构刀盘的结构形式、开口率、刀具的选择与安装都有着不同的要求.该文试图从某型复合盾构刀盘采用主辅梁形式、刀具螺旋线配置等进行分析,揭示了为保证力学平衡而采取的结构形式以及刀具组合布置等与土体相适应的某些规律,为盾构刀盘的设计研制优化提供一定的依据.
Cutter-head is the key component in shield tunneling, which is for tunneling, soil overflow, surface supporting and protection. The different geological conditions have the different requests to the cutter-head structural style, the cutting tool style and the arrangement all. This paper has analyzed the mixed shield cutter-head which uses in engineering, and propose some rules that the structural style of cutter-head and cutter layout adapting the soil and also maintenaning the mechanical balance of the cutter head , in order to providing certain basis for cutter-head design and optimization.
