血管选择对x线辅助下经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管的影响分析

目的：探讨血管选择对x线辅助下经外周静脉中心静脉置管（peripherally inserted central catheter，PICC）的影响。方法：对随机抽选的96例行PICC的恶性肿瘤患者，分别选择经贵要静脉、肘正中静脉、头静脉进行置管。观察置管一次成功率、并发症、留置时间。结果：三组患者置管一次成功率比较有显著性差异（χ^2=6．479，P=0．039）；并发症比较有显著性差异（χ^2=7．183，P=0．028）；留置时间比较有显著性差异（χ^2=6．811，p=0．033）。结论：PICC应首选右侧贵要静脉；其次选择右侧肘正中静脉。

Objective： To approach the influences of Choice of blood vessel on the x-ray aided PICC. Methods： Random sampling 96 cases malignant tumor patients who used PICC tube,The basilic vein,median cubital vein,cephalic vein were respectively selected to inserted central catheter. Observation the bout achievement ratio of catheter,complication, detain time. Results ：The bout achievement ratio of catheter of the three group patients compare have significant difference（χ^2= 6.479, p = 0.039） ; complication compare have significant difference （χ^2 = 7.183, p = 0.028） ; detain time compare have significant difference （χ^2 = 6.811, p = 0. 033 ）. Conclusion： To PICC , it＇ S best to choose right side basilic vein at first,especially the right side;select right side median cubital vein secondly.
