注射用炎琥宁治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的用药分析

目的:观察注射用炎琥宁治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的疗效。方法:将96例患儿随机分为两组,对照组静脉滴注利巴韦林注射液,观察组静脉滴注注射用炎琥宁。结果观察组患儿体温、大便次数和性状恢复正常时间均较对照组明显缩短,治愈率显著提高。结论:注射用炎琥宁能够有效治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻,可以缩短秋季腹泻患儿病情主要症状的持续时间。

Abstract： Objective To observe the injection- Yanhuning treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea efficacy. Methods 96 cases of infantile autumn diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups, the control group routine use of ribavirin injection, the observation group was given intravenous injection- Yanhuning. Results The observation group of children with body temperature returned to normal time, stool frequency and characteristics recovery time were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the cure rate significantly increased. Conclusion Injection- Yanhuning can be effective treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea, can shorten the main symptoms the disease.
