复张性肺水肿12例分析

摘要 目的:探讨复张性肺水肿的诊断和治疗。方法:回顾性分析12例复性肺水肿的病例资料,其中自发性气胸5例,外伤性气胸2例,胸腔积液3例,肺叶切除术后2例,均在治疗后30min至3天内发病。结果:经鼻导管及面罩给氧、强心、利尿、解痉等治疗,必要时行呼吸机正压机械通气,均在3~5天内治愈,无死亡病例发生。结论:复张性肺水肿多发生在肺被压萎陷,经治疗肺迅速复张病例,发病急,死亡率较高,预防是关键,治疗重点是维持病人有足够的氧合,维持血流动力学的稳定。
