摘要
介绍了一种改善永磁铁氧体磁性能的方法。适量Sr(BO2)2,CaSiO3,Fe2O3,Al2O3均匀混合,并在900~1000℃下进行保温1~3小时的热处理之后,可以使永磁铁氧体的HCJ在不降低的情况下,其Br提高0.01T以上。
This paper introduced a method of improving hard ferrite magnets. By mixing Sr (BO2)2, CaSiO3, Fe2O3, and Al2O3 uniformly according to a proper proportion, and then heating and holding the mixture at 900~1000℃ for 1~3 hours, the hard ferrite was fabricated with Br increased more than 0.01T and without compromising HCJ.
