缬沙坦联合氟伐他汀治疗尿酸性肾病合并脂代谢异常的实验研究

Study of Valsartan and Fluvastatin on treatment of uric acid nephropathy and abnormal lipid metabolism

目的探讨缬沙坦联合氟伐他汀降血尿酸、降血脂以及改善肾功能的作用。方法建立尿酸性肾病伴高脂血症的实验大鼠模型,实验组采用缬沙坦联合氟伐他汀治疗,观察血尿酸值、肾功能、血脂、肾指数和肾脏病理形态学的变化。结果缬沙坦联合氟伐他汀治疗组SUA、Ccr和24h尿蛋白均较自然恢复组明显下降;治疗组血脂TC、TG、LDL-C较自然恢复组均下降;HDL-C较自然恢复组上升。治疗组大鼠的肾小管萎缩、炎症细胞浸润、间质纤维化均较自然恢复组明显减轻。结论缬沙坦联合氟伐他汀用药后可以有效的降低血尿酸,改善肾功能并有降血脂的作用。

【Objective】To investigate the effects of Valsartan combined Fluvastatin to improve renal function and lower serum uric acid and lipid.【Methods】To establish experimental rat model of uric acid nephropathy with hyperlipidemia.The experiment group were treated with Valsartan and Fluvastatin.To observe the change of Serum Uric Acid （SUA）,renal function,lipids,renal index and the pathological changes in the kidney.【Results】The indexed of Serum Uric Acid,Ccr and 24h proteinuria in treatment group were significantly decreased than the natural recovery group.The indexed of TC,TG,LDL-C in treatment group significantly were reduced,but HDL-C were increased.The severity of renal tubular atrophy,inflammatory cell infiltration and interstitial fibrosis in treatment group were lighter than those of natural recovery group in rats.【Conclusion】The combination of Valsartan and Fluvastatin can significantly decrease the SUA and serum lipids,improve renal function.
