The influence of different methods of surgical gastrectomy on the fasting blood glucose

摘要 目的探讨不同术式胃切除对患者空腹血糖的影响。方法回顾性分析2005年1月至2008年12月期间,在青海大学附属医院外科因胃部疾病接受胃切除患者病历资料。其中,合并有2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者中接受非胃肠转流术(NGBP)与胃肠转流术(GBP)者分别为18例和22例,非糖尿病(DM)患者接受NGBP和GBP各30例。比较不同患者术前、术后7天及术后3个月的空腹血糖变化情况。结果非DM患者和接受NGBP的T2DM患者术前、术后空腹血糖比较均无明显变化(P>0.05);接受GBP的T2DM患者术后空腹血糖水平下降(P<0.01)。结论接受GBP的T2DM患者术后空腹血糖有下降趋势。 【Objective】To explore the influence of different methods of surgical gastrectomy on fasting blood glucose.【Methods】To analyse the clinical dates from 100 cases,which accepted gastrectomy because of stomach diseases during January 2005 to December 2008.According to with or without type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and different surgical gastrectomy methods of gastrectomy bypass(GBP) or non-gastrointestinal bypass surgery(NGBP),all of the patients were divided 4 groups.The level of fasting blood glucose (FBG) were compared between preoperative,postoperative 7 days and postoperative 3 months.【Results】The level of FBG has not significant change between preoperative and postoperative in patients with T2DM accepted NGBP and without diabetes mellitus(DM)accepted GBP or NGBP (P 〉0.05).There were significant decline of FBG between postoperative and preoperative in patients with T2DM accepted GBP(P 〈0.01).【Conclusion】GBP may be one important factor that induce decrease of FBG in patients with T2DM.
