689例老年人动态心电图心律失常的临床分析

Clinical analysis for arrhythmia characteristics on dynamic electrocardiography of 689 aged patients

目的探讨老年人24h动态心电图(DCG)心律失常的发生情况及临床特点。方法应用DCG对689例老年人心律失常进行分析。结果在各类心律失常中,老年人房性早搏发生率居第1位,为92.60%,室性早搏发生率为80.12%,短阵性房性心动过速,房颤发生率分别为42.96%和11.76%,束支传导阻滞,房室传导阻滞发生率分别为13.64%和12.05%,短阵性室性心动过速、窦房传导阻滞、窦性停搏发生率分别为1.60%、1.45%、1.02%。结论老年人因电生理学的改变以及器质性心脏病,导致各类型的心律失常频繁发生,而心律失常是老年人致死的重要因素之一,要及早诊断,及时予以治疗。

【Objection】To analyze the occurance and characterics of arrhythmia in old patients by dynamic electrocardiogram （DCG）.【Methods】DCG was used to analyse the arrhythmia in 689 elderly patients.【Results】In various arrhythmia,it is the middle aged and old people that takes the highest incidence,92.60%,the incidence of extrasystole ventriculaire is 80.12%;contemporary auricular tachycardia and atrial fibrillation is 42.96% and 11.76% respectively;bundle-branch heart-block,atrioventricular heart-block is 13.64% and 12.05% respectively,and the incidence of short time ventricular tachycardia,sino-auriculau heart-block and sinus arrest is 1.60%,1.45%,1.02% respectively.【Conclusion】The elders,since the change in electrophysiology and organic cardiopathy,possess a higher rate in various kinds of arrhythmia,and arrhythmia is the crucial reason that causes the death of them.In this sense it should be diagnosed and treated as soon as possible.
