摘要
文章利用数量分析模型,对电信运营商投资管理的风险进行识别,同时建立评估模型,分析和评价风险对投资的具体影响,最后对于电信运营商的风险应对提出初步的建议。
By use of quantitative analysis models, the investment risks of telecommunications operators are identified, while an assessment model is established. Then the impacts of risks on investment are analyzed in detail. Finally, several suggestions are put forward for telecom operators in coping with the risks.
