磺酸类表面活性剂对无机复合胶凝防砂材料性能的影响

摘要 介绍了一种由硫铝酸盐熟料颗粒、一定比例的地层产出砂及外加剂组成的无机复合胶凝防砂材料。该材料中使用粒径0.1250.22mm和>0.22mm的两种分极砂的混合物。以G级油井水泥为胶凝剂与地层砂配制无机复合胶凝防砂材料浆,考察了两类表面活性剂对料浆和胶结体性能的影响。在料浆中加入0.3%2.3%具有减阻性能的表面活性剂木质素磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠及土温80,随表面活性剂加量增大,料浆的黏度先急剧下降,后缓慢下降,表明这些表面活性剂都具有减阻作用,其中木质素磺酸盐的减阻效果最好。另一类表面活性剂为由萘、甲醛、浓硫酸、烧碱、钙盐等合成的磺酸盐衍生物表面活性剂,可改善胶结体的渗透率(最高可达9.64μm2),缩短胶结时间而不影响其抗压强度(最高达3.7MPa);其加量为0.5%1.5%,胶结温度为40100℃,胶结时间24小时以上。 An inorganic Cementitious Composite Sand Control Material(SCM) was presented and made of a particulated sulfoaluminate clinker, produced formation sands, and additives. The formation sands were mixture of sieve fractions of particle size 0. i25--0. 22 mm and 〉 0. 22 mm. An experimental SCM slurry was prepared from G grade oilwell cement, mixed formation sands, and a surfactant under study and the slurry and set SCM were evaluated for their performance properties. When a friction/drag reducing surfactant, lignosulfonate,dodecylbenzene sulfonate or Tween-80, was introduced, the slurry viscosity lowered down significantly at first and then moderately with increasing surfactant dosage from 0. 3% to 2. 3%, which indicated the friction/drag reduction of these surfactants, of them lignosulfonate was the most effective. Another surfactant was a sulfonate derivative synthesized from naphthalene, formalin, concentrated surfuric acid, caustic soda, calcium salt, etc, and as an SCM additive could improve the permeability of set SCM (maximal value 9. 64μm2 ) and shorten the cementation duration but did not reduce its compression strength ( maximal value 3.7 MPa) ; the technologic parameters were: dosage 0. 5--1.5% ; cementation temperature 40--100℃; and cementation time 〉 24 hrs.
