稠油油藏采出污水净化剂ZE01

Water Clearing Agent ZE01 for Oilfield Produced Waters from Heavy Oil Reservoirs

辽河曙光采油厂采油污水含油量高,油水乳化严重,净化处理困难。为此研制了丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸/丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵共聚物,作为净水剂,代号ZE01。在实验室条件下,按80mg/L的量在稠油污水中加入净水剂ZE01,处理后污水的CODCr值由1095mg/L降至120.5mg/L,外观清澈透明,ZE01加量增加到120mg/L时,CODCr值进一步降到101.2mg/L,透光率达到98%。在曙光第四联合站使用该净水剂处理采出污水,加量为4050mg/L,不加其他水处理剂,处理后水清澈透明,含油2.44.1mg/L,含悬浮物1.22.3mg/L,CODCr值85108mg/L。该净水剂已于2007年2月开始,在曙光第四、第五联合站投入现场应用,效果良好。

The produced waters at Shuguang Production Factory were characterized by high oil content and intensive emulsification of oil in water and dificult to be well pruified. An acrylamide/acrylic acid/acrylyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride tricopolymer was prepared and used as muhifunctional water clearing agent ZE01. In a laboratory treatment of an oily produced water（OPW） by ZEO1, the OPW sample became clear and the CODCr, was reduced from 1095 to 120. 5 mg/L at ZEOI dosage 80 mg/L; the OPW sample became clear and transparent with T=98% and the CODer reduced to 101.2 mg/L at ZE01 dosage 120 mg/L. At the 4th Shuguang oilgathering/water-treating plant （ OG/WTP）, the OPW was treated by ZE01 at dosage 40--50 mg/L without any other water-treating agent introduced and became clear and transparent with following water quality characteristics： oil content 2.4---4. 1 mg/L,suspended solids content 1.2--2. 3 mg/L,and CODer 85--108 mg/L. The field uses of ZE01 were started Feb 2007 at the 4th and the 5th Shuguang OG/WTPs and shown to be successful.
