摘要
分析柱塞泵转子液体金属挤压铸挂成形的传热特点,为消除45#钢-铅锡青铜由于变温热应变作用产生收缩,致使铅锡青铜与钢坯型壁之间形成的间隙,冲头挤压力需为60 MPa.为易于随后的挤压成形,保证合金充足后有85%以上呈液体,且考虑浇注误差,浇注高度取68 mm.
The heat transfer characteristics of liquid metal Squeeze Casting of the Pump Rotor were analyzed. In order to eliminate formed clearance between 45 steel and tin-lead bronze due to the role of thermal strain produce Contraction,punch extrusion pressure need 60 MPa. For later easy extrusion, the alloy after filling is of above 85% liquid,And considering casting error,take 68 mm as the pouring height (h).
