摘要 采用有限元分析方法,建立了风电偏航轴承的三维有限元仿真模型,并应用典型的联合载荷和边界条件,对使用多种工程材料的轴承模型进行耐久性分析,得出了轴承承载过程中耐久性的仿真数据。仿真结果表明,风电轴承采用混合陶瓷轴承的型式可以达到中型风机的使用要求,轴承在开始出现裂纹之前的最小疲劳工作周期数目是4.73×106次。 A 3D model is firstly established for wind power generator yaw bearings using the FEA method,and then the fatiguing analysis is specifically conducted based on united loads and boundary conditions whereby the fatiguing simulation numeral data are acquired for wind power generator bearings in the loading process.The simulation results indicate that a mixed mode ceramic bearing used in the wind power generator bearings can reach the requirements by the medium-sized blower and the minimum fatigue life of bearings is 4.73×106 times before the bearings begin to have the cracks appeared.
