摘要
针对J2108单张纸胶印机的偏心摆动式递纸机构,在含间隙刚性连杆机构动力学分析的基础上,建立其含间隙弹性动力学模型。在Gear算法的基础上,采用较为简洁的迭代求解方法。计算结果表明,运动副间隙对递纸机构的副反力、构件变形和输出误差均有明显影响,大大降低了递纸机构的稳定性。
On the basis of dynamic analysis of elastic linkage mechanisms,an elasto-dynamic model of eccentric swinging sheet transfer mechanism used in sheet-fed offset J2108 with bearing clearances is established.A more simple iterative solving method is used for the dynamic analysis on the basis of Gear algorithm.The calculated result indicates that the effects of bearing clearances on bearing force,the deformation response and the output error are significant,and that the stability of sheet transfer mechanism is greatly reduced.
