重组人表皮生长因子促进面颈部斑痣激光治疗创面的愈合作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)对面颈部斑痣激光治疗创面愈合效果的影响。方法:120例面颈部斑痣患者经激光治疗后随机分为两组,实验组创面局部喷涂重组人表皮生长因(rhEGF),外涂红霉素软膏,对照组创面涂红霉素软膏,观察创面愈合情况。结果:rhEGF治疗激光术后创面,实验组比对照组相比:愈合时间提前2-4d,实验组痊愈率和总有效率分别为20%和76.67%。对照组痊愈率和总有效率分别为6.67%和41.67%,实验组愈合后的创面不存在凹陷,愈合效果好。未见明显的不良反应。结论:rhEGF对激光治疗面颈部斑痣的创面具有明显的促进愈合的作用。 Objective:To observe the effect of the recombinant human epidermal growth factor (rhEGF) on the wound healing capacity of face neck stain after laser treatment. Methods: We divided 120 cases face neck stain after laser treatment randomly into two groups, the experimental group and control group. The treatment group wound was treated by local spraying of rhEGF,and then erythromycin ointment was applied externally. The control group wound coated erythromyein ointment, and the wound healing was observed. Results: The healing time of the wound in the experimental group was 2~4 days earlier that in the control group. The cure rate and total effective rate of the experimental group were 20% and 76.67% and those of the control group were 6. 67% and 41. 67%. In the experimental group, there didn't exist depression on it after the wound healed, with good healing effect and no obvious side effects. Conclusion: rhEGF has an obvious healing role in the faceneck stain wound due to laser treatment.
