前列腺癌中P53和bcl-2蛋白的表达及意义

Expression of P53 and bcl-2 protein in prostate carcinoma

应用免疫组化ＬＳＡＢ法，检测１５例良性前列腺增生症（ＢＰＨ）和３５例前列腺癌（Ｐｃａ）组织中Ｐ５３、ｂｃｌ２蛋白的表达水平。结果发现：（１）ＢＰＨ组与Ｐｃａ组中Ｐ５３、ｂｃｌ２蛋白的阳性表达率分别为６．７％、１３．３％和３４．３％、４２．９％，显示Ｐｃａ组Ｐ５３、ｂｃｌ２蛋白阳性率明显高于ＢＰＨ组（分别Ｐ＜０．０５、Ｐ＜０．０５）。（２）Ｐｃａ组中Ｐ５３蛋白阳性１２例，其中Ⅰ、Ⅱ级肿瘤阳性５例，Ⅲ、Ⅳ级７例（Ｐ＜０．０５）；ｂｃｌ２蛋白阳性１５例，其中Ⅰ、Ⅱ级肿瘤阳性７例，Ⅲ、Ⅳ级８例（Ｐ＜０．０５）。（３）１９例雄激素非依赖性前列腺癌（ＡＩＤＰｃａ）和１６例雄激素依赖性前列腺癌（ＡＤＰｃａ）中Ｐ５３、ｂｃｌ２蛋白的表达阳性率分别为５２．６％、５７．９％和１２．５％、２５％。显示ＡＤＰｃａ组中Ｐ５３、ｂｃｌ２蛋白表达水平比ＡＩＤＰｃａ组低（Ｐ＜０．０５）。（４）３５例Ｐｃａ中有８例Ｐ５３、ｂｃｌ２蛋白同时阳性表达，各自占总阳性数的６６．７％（８／１２）、５３．３％（８／１５），且两者的阳性程度有相关性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。以上结果提示：Ｐ５３、ｂｃｌ２蛋白的异常表达与前列腺癌的发生发展及?

Expression levels of P53、 bcl-2 protein in 15 cases of BPH and 35 cases of prostate carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical LSAB method. The results were as follows: (1)The percentage of P53 、bcl-2 protein positive expression was 6.7%、13.3% respectively in BPH, but 34.3%、42.9% respectively in prostate carcinoma the positive stain of P53、bcl-2 protein in Pca being significantly higher than in BPH (P<0.05).(2)12 cases , including 5 cases of grade Ⅰ、Ⅱ tumors and 7 cases of grade Ⅲ 、Ⅳ tumors , revealed P53 positive stain(P<0.05). 14 cases , including 7 cases of grade Ⅰ、Ⅱtumors and 8 cases of grade Ⅲ 、Ⅳ tumors , revealed bcl-2 protein positive stain(P<0.05). It showed that expression levels of P53 and bcl-2 protein in Pca tissues increased with the progression of patholoical grdae . (3)The positive experssion rates of P53 protein and bcl-2 protein in 19 cases of androgenindependent prostate carcinoma tissues were 52.6%(10/19) and 57.9%(11/19) respectively. while in 16 cases of androgendependent prostate carcinoma tissues being only 12.5%(2/16)and 25%(4/16) respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Coexpression of P53 protein and bcl-2 protein was found in 8 cases of Pca. The positive rate were 66.7%(8/12) and 53.3%(8/15) respectively , and there was a close correlation to the positive expression degree between p53 protein and bcl2 protein(P<0.05) .In conclusion, P53 and bcl-2 protein over experssion might be related to the carcinogenesis 、progression and prognosis of prostate carcinoma.
